Someone with unquestionable loyalty to him. So he built Baby 'but for Elizabeth' and used reverse psychology to become Elizabeth to approach Baby lonely.

• Originally, this theory was sound with the possibility that his daughter was an unwanted bastard child. But the revelations do make this WMG stronger than before. Maybe Afton wanted to make Michael into one too by sending him to the Sister Location, merely we know how that went.
